Abigail, Daddy Isaac, Caleb and Mama Sandy

What a blessing this family will be to People of Peru Project.

Isaac is a builder, contractor and has made his living using the skills that he developed along the way. His softer side is the classical training he has had in music. Isaac is an accomplished violinist and has taught all ages levels. His involvement with the Coure de' Alene symphony lasted for two years and we are anxiously awaiting the music he will bring to Iquitos, and his expertise in the areas of construction.

Sandy was born in Colombia, South America and raised in Valdez Alaska. She is a native Spanish speaker and her bilingual abilities will be such a blessing to the staff and girls of POPPYS house. Sandy has taught art on the University level and her passion for life, family and pursuit of things spiritual have prepared her for the work she has been called to do at POPPYS house. This family has literally laid it all down to answer the call that God has given them.

The Workmans are leaving families in Northern Idaho and Alaska to join the People of Peru Project family. We are so blessed to receive them on a "However long God can use us" basis. Abigail and Caleb have been praying that God will help their mommy and daddy get ready for this move. They will be leaving grandparents and friends behind but they are excited to make new friends that they can speak Spanish and English with.

We need your assistance, right now, to purchase plane tickets for this family of four. Our "overlap" time with the current directors is shrinking on a daily basis. It is so important to not have a gap in our leadership. A one time gift or pledge will help them on their way. Our plan is to have them return with me (Paul) on May 14, meaning tickets need to be purchased asap.

(This young family has worked since last September to retire all their debt here in the US. That has happened and now we simply need ticket money to get them there. Email me at    u4Peru@aol.com    or call  509-999-6353  I am in the states right now. Let's discuss some options and help this dedicated family, on their way.)
